How do I purchase the HiPPO City Passes?
You can book online via this website or call our guest hotline at (+65) 6338 6877 for bookings and reservations.
For collection of your tickets, simply show your e-receipt to our DUCK & HiPPO counter at Suntec Galleria, Orchard Road (next to Singapore Visitor Centre), Singapore Flyer, Chinatown Heritage Centre as well as river kiosks at Clark Quay and Esplanade.
Can we purchase the HiPPO City passes in Singapore?
YES! Simply hop-on to any of our HiPPO buses and purchase onboard the bus! Alternatively, you can purchase the HiPPO City passes at the DUCK & HiPPO counter at Suntec Galleria, Orchard Road (next to Singapore Visitor Centre), Singapore Flyer, Chinatown Heritage Centre as well as river kiosks at Clark Quay and Esplanade.

Can we start the tour any time?
What are the City HiPPO and Heritage HiPPO tours? What sights do they cover?
The City HiPPOtour is a HiPPO bus route which operates in the east-west direction and connects the hotels, major shopping malls along Orchard. Major attractions along this route include the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Esplanade, Raffles Landing Site and the Merlion Park.
The Heritage HiPPOtour is a HiPPO bus tour which operates in the north-south direction and connects the major heritage sights such as the Little India, Arab Street and Chinatown.
Both HiPPO buses operate with a frequency of 25 minutes, and from 9am to 6pm . Just hop-on, and hop-off!
