Is there a bus transfer that will take us to the Singapore Flyer after we go on the DUCKtour?

Yes! For those who book the Flyer and DUCK package, we do provide a one-way bus transfer to Singapore Flyer. Just hop on to any City HiPPO bus and present your flyer voucher to our friendly bus captain for a free transfer to the Singapore Flyer.

Can I change my tour date after booking is made?

Sure! We are happy to change your tour date (though booking is already made) but please note that due to limited capacities, seats on DUCKtours are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If someone in my party is unable to go on the tour, can we cancel and get a refund?
