Will the tour be cancelled if it rains?
This is an all-weather programme.
Can I change or buy tickets when I arrive in Singapore instead?
Of course! You may purchase the tickets at any of our counters when you are in Singapore. Alternatively, call us at 6-33-868-77 to reserve your seats and pay when you collect your tickets. Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis so reserve early to avoid disappointment!
Where does the tour depart?
The Red Lantern Night Trolley departs from Suntec City at 6.30pm daily.
It will be late after the tour. Will there be a transfer back to my hotel?
If you are staying at a hotel near Clarke Quay or Orchard, let our captain know so that the Trolley can drop you off at Clarke Quay and Orchard enroute back to Suntec City.
