For collection of your tickets, simply show your e-receipt to our DUCK & HiPPO counter at Suntec Galleria, Orchard Road (next to Singapore Visitor Centre), Singapore Flyer, Chinatown Heritage Centre as well as river kiosks at Clark Quay and Esplanade.

Can we purchase the HiPPO River tickets in Singapore?

YES! You can purchase the HiPPO River passes at our DUCK & HiPPO counter at Suntec Galleria, Orchard Road (next to Singapore Visitor Centre), Singapore Flyer, Chinatown Heritage Centre as well as river kiosks at Clark Quay and Esplanade. For help, please call our guest hotline at 6338 6877.

Can we start the tour any time?

Yes, you can start your river tour anytime! Operating hours are from 10am to 10pm daily (last boat leaves at 9.30pm).

Where can I board the River Cruise?

Boarding locations are at Clarke Quay and Esplanade. Our other jetties at High Street, Boat Quay, Riverwalk and Riverside will be operational in the near future.

If someone in my party is unable to go on the tour, can we cancel and get a refund?

We offer a no-questions-asked cancellation policy for tourists. This is a special policy for all our overseas friends to assure that you have a fantastic time with us.
