Can we purchase tickets for the Flyer with HiPPO City package in Singapore?
YES! You can purchase tickets for the Flyer with HiPPO city package at our DUCK & HiPPO counter at Suntec Galleria, Orchard Road (next to Singapore Visitor Centre), Chinatown Heritage Centre as well as river kiosks at Clark Quay and Esplanade.
Alternatively, just proceed to the DUCK & HiPPO counter at Singapore Flyer for immediate ticketing and processing of boarding pass.

Do I need to make advance reservations?
No, advance reservations are not necessary. Simply present your e-receipt when you hop-on our HiPPO buses; and at our DUCK & HiPPO counter at Singapore Flyer to collect your boarding pass and proceed for your ride at the Singapore Flyer!
What does the Flyer with HiPPO City package include?
The Flyer with HiPPO city package includes a full day pass for the HiPPO city tours (2 routes - City & Heritage), river cruise as well as the admission for Singapore Flyer.
Can we start the tour any time?
Yes, you can start your tour anytime! The pass is valid for 24 hours so if you purchase your HiPPOtours pass only at 4pm today, you can make use of it till 4pm the next day! You can take your ride on the Singapore Flyer within 7 days of purchasing the package.
What are the City and Heritage routes? What sights do they cover?
The HiPPO City bus route operates in the east-west direction and connects the hotels, major shopping malls along Orchard. Major attractions along this route include the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Esplanade, Raffles Landing Site and the Merlion Park.
The Heritage HiPPO bus route operates in the north-south direction and connects the major heritage sights such as the Little India, Arab Street and Chinatown.
Both HiPPO bus routes operate with a frequency of 20 minutes, and from 9am to 6pm. Just hop-on, and hop-off!
Is Singapore Flyer wheelchair-friendly?
Yes! Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, handicapped toilets and other facilities to facilitate movement for guests in wheelchairs. At the flyer, there is also a parking lot for the handicapped situated right next to the lift for direct access to the ticket booths or boarding area. Guest relations officers at the flyer will be happy to adjust the speed of the wheel so that guests in wheelchairs can board smoothly.
