How frequent is the tour?
The tour operates daily with hourly departures.

What are the operating hours?
First tour departs at 10am and the last tour is at 6pm. You need to collect your boarding pass 30 minutes before the departure. Please call to check the availability of the Special Night Tour. Phone reservation is highly recommended and is available from 9am to 6pm. DUCKtours@Suntec is open from 9.30am to 6pm.

How long does the tour last?
Each tour lasts approximately 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

What is offered in the tour?
All tours have at least 2 crews on board each tour - The Captain together with the DUCKtainer who will be providing running commentaries. This is a Singapore Heritage tour, covering the Civic District and the Harbour Cruise.

What is the capacity of the craft?
Each DUCK is licensed to carry 31 paying passengers and 2 crews.

Is the tour safe for young children?
Safety is our priority. For safety reason, 1 Adult is to 2 accompanying children.

Do my toddlers get to have a seat? (below 3yrs)
Toddlers get to ride for S$2.00. Seats will be allocated for safety reasons.

Is advance reservation necessary?
Advance booking is highly recommended due to limited seating capacity. During peak season, we can be fully booked by 10am. Tickets may be purchased 7 days before the tour.

Are tickets sold refundable?
Tickets are sold based on the availability of a specific departure time and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How can I make advance reservation?
Reservations can be made via telephone and is highly recommended. All we need is the number of tickets and your credit card details.

What is the mode of payment?
Payment at the DUCKcounter is strictly cash (S$) or credit card only. Phone bookings only accept credit cards. We accept all major credit cards.

Can I arrange bookings through the hotel?
Hotel concierge will be able to assist you in placing your reservation with your credit card details. Alternatively, the tour desk at the hotel can also assist you or you may call us directly. DUCKbus Transfer is available.

Will the tour be affected by weather conditions?
Tour will be suspended or delayed in adverse wet weather conditions. If the delay is more than 30 minutes, passengers may cancel the tour booking and receive a full refund. You may call us from the hotel to check on the status of your tour when the weather is not favourable. The tour is still operational if it is just a drizzle.

How do I get down to Suntec City?
You can make your own way down to Suntec City via the MRT and alight at City Hall MRT Station and it is a cool and pleasant 10 minutes walk 'underground' through the new Mediterranean City Link shopping mall.
