DUCKtainers/HIPtainers
You will conduct personalized tours onboard our DUCKs and HiPPOs to a host of guests from all walks of life. You are creative, outgoing, hip, witty and confident. You have a good command of spoken English with a pleasant disposition. You live and breathe service and love having fun. You are driven by passion to excel and excite.
Our guests will take with them the fun, the laughter and the excitement made possible by your attentive, witty, informative and wacky commentary.
You will also be able to memorise short scripts and work on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays (rotating shifts).
- Previous experience in Performing, Live Presentation, Tour Guiding will be an advantage
- Ability to speak a Foreign Language and/or with a STB License will be an advantage
- Able to work immediately for a period of at least 6 months
- Students are welcome to apply for Part Time positions

DUCK Relations Officers / BALLOON Relations Officers
As part of our DUCK and BALLOON Team, you will be our Brand Ambassador. This role calls for personable, articulate, wacky (YES! WACKY!) and self motivated individuals to joining our winning team.
Your pristine hospitality skills and sense of fun will put our guests at ease throughout their time with us and a smile on their face. Our guests will take with them the fun, the laughter and the excitement made possible by your immaculate customer service skills in tending to their every needs.
All we ask from you is your youthful smile, high level of enthusiasm, good communication skills and fluency in English. It will be better if you are conversant with a third language. The ability to handle cashiering process is also required.
- Previous experience in guest service, ideally in leisure, hospitality or retail industry will be an advantage
- Good communication and conversational skills
- Experience in cashiering/cash handling and POS system is advantageous
- Able to work immediately for a period of at least 6 months
